Insurance And Fees
Counseling and therapy can sometimes be expensive and SAAC tries our best to meet our communities needs. We accept most commercial insurances and Medi-Cal managed care plans. We also offer a few sliding scale spots, so please ask if you do not have insurance or we do not accept your insurance. We also provide superbills for insurances that we are "out of network" with. Our cash rate is also competitive with other offices in the area.

- Most Medi-Cal managed care plans including, Central California Alliance for Health (Merced County), Cal Viva Health, Health Net Medi-Cal, Anthem Blue Cross Medi-Cal, Blue Shield Promise Medi-Cal, LA Care Medi-Cal, Molina Health Medi-Cal, Carelon Medi-Cal plans, and others (please inquire).
- Most commercial insurance plans including, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, GEHA Federal Plans, Aetna, Meritain Health, United Healthcare, Optum, UMR, Oxford, Halcyon Behavioral Health, Tri-Care West, Cigna, Health Net, Lyra, and other plans (please inquire).
Cash Rate/OON
Fresno Office Rates:
Licensed Therapist - $120 per session for individuals,
$135 per session for couples or families.
Associate Therapist - $100 per session for individuals,
$115 per session for couples or families.
Los Angeles Office (only Henry Meraz, LCSW):
Licensed Therapist - $150 per session for individuals,
$175 per session for couples or families
SUPERBILL PROVIDED FOR OUT OF NETWORK INSURANCE, IF NEEDED.
