I am most proud of my training that I have received to help individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, and depression. Life is full of wonder & beauty, as well as pain and heartbreak. Sometimes, & often, we go through life learning to hide parts of ourselves that have felt rejected, abandoned, hurt, & so on. We learn to only give comfort and attention to parts of ourselves that have felt loved, happiness, and understanding. What we often don’t notice is how ignoring parts of ourselves that have felt pain can cause feelings of depression, anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, and much more. Often, we notice how our emotions, our thoughts, and our bodies react to certain situations that trigger those hidden parts to resurface, & then struggle with coping. My approach to therapy is as a holistic therapist that focuses on the person and their goals/needs. My goal is to create a safe & open space for people to explore their inner worlds more deeply. With my knowledge & training in Yoga, EMDR, & Therapy, I help individuals become more comfortable in their bodies, & build awareness with their thoughts & emotions. My role as a therapist is to offer you support and space to un-anchor yourself from heavy emotions that you have carried for so long. This space in therapy is to look at those emotions within yourself through a lens of love, compassion, acceptance, and understanding. This journey is your journey and I am here to bare witness to your beautiful adventure.

Associate Therapist
Dana Clark, APCC
Hello, my name is Dana (she/her). I am an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor. I hold a B.A. in Criminology and Restorative Justice from Fresno Pacific University and an M.A. in Clinical Counseling from Alliant International University. I became a therapist because I believe every person deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued. I believe listening is one of the highest forms of respect and care, and it’s at the heart of how I show up for my clients. My goal is to create a compassionate space where clients can navigate life transitions, anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, and gender and identity exploration. I am especially passionate about supporting those seeking to reconnect with their sense of purpose and belonging. I also advocate for systemic change, striving to help clients understand and heal from the ways larger systems can create or reinforce harm. In addition to traditional psychotherapy, I integrate holistic and somatic approaches into my practice. As a certified yoga instructor, I believe in the mind–body connection and often incorporate mindfulness and grounding techniques to help clients regulate emotions and build self-awareness. My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and person-centered. I believe therapy should be adapted to each individual. We all come from different backgrounds and life experiences, and what supports one person might look completely different for someone else. In my work, I often draw from Person-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy to create a flexible, collaborative space for growth and healing. Associate Therapist
Madison Paratore, AMFT
Hi! I’m Madison (she/her), a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I feel fortunate to be doing what I love for a living: helping people harness their innate resilience and strengths to find greater fulfillment in life. I earned my Master’s degree in Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling and my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Fresno State. Throughout my career, I have been honored to provide counseling services to diverse populations throughout the Central Valley. I have experience working with adults, couples, families, groups, children, and adolescents, helping them navigate through issues such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, grief, life transitions, and more. Many people often say they’re “fine” when they’re not really fine or say that they’re “hanging in there” when their world feels like it’s falling apart and crumbling beneath their feet. Someone in your corner– someone you can trust– can make a difference. I approach sessions as a human, showing up authentically, warmly, and with compassion. I am here to support you as you process your emotions, navigate complex situations through solution-focused strategies, improve relationships (including your relationship with yourself), and increase mindfulness. I often incorporate other interventions, such as providing valuable resources, guiding you through role-playing scenarios, and inspiring you to push yourself inside and outside our therapy sessions. I will make consistent efforts to meet you where you are and support you every step of the way as you work toward achieving your goals. Creating a safe space where you feel respected and comfortable is at the core of my practice. That means treating you with the dignity, respect, and affirmation you deserve. As a therapist committed to inclusivity, I strive to ensure that therapy is a welcoming experience for all, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community, the neurodivergent community, and BIPOC. Together, we can develop effective coping strategies to help you navigate life’s challenges as we celebrate your growth, progress, and accomplishments. If this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out and find out more about how to contact me and/or schedule an appointment. I can’t wait to connect with you and be a part of your healing journey! I received my Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Fresno State and my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University. I believe that every person has a unique story, and I strive to meet my clients where they are. I work with clients from all walks of life and understand the significance of inclusivity in the therapeutic process. I have had the privilege of working with individuals across different life stages, including those navigating phase-of-life transitions, managing anxiety and depression, exploring their sexuality and gender identity, and addressing various relational and family dynamics. With a background in working with diverse populations, including children, families, and couples, I specialize in creating an empathetic and safe environment where all voices can be heard. I have a particular passion for working with 1st and 2nd generation families, helping to bridge cultural and generational gaps. I recognize the unique challenges that arise from balancing different cultural values and expectations. By fostering understanding and connection, I partner with couples and families to navigate challenges, strengthen relationships, and create a sense of unity within their unique dynamics. My therapeutic style encompasses different modalities such as Emotionally Focused Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and (my favorite) Narrative Therapy. My approach is tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client. Associate Therapist
Aaron Kinsfather, AMFT
Hi there, my name is Aaron (He/Him), and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I graduated from UCLA with my Bachelors in Psychology, with Honors, and a minor in LGBT Studies. I then received my Masters in Marriage, Family, and Child Counseling from Fresno State. I have over ten years of experience working with and supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and communities through various professional opportunities and community organizing. I am deeply committed to social justice and uplifting and supporting our most vulnerable populations. My approach to therapy is collaborative and transparent, and I aim to include the person in their own treatment and to demystify the therapeutic process. I also integrate a strengths-based approach into treatment because I firmly believe that people come to therapy with their own internal strengths they can use and leverage to effect change in their life. I incorporate and draw on different therapy models depending on the needs and goals of my client(s) and am always happy to answer questions my client(s) may have about an approach I’m using. Some primary modalities I use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solutions-Focused Therapy, and Attachment Theory. I truly believe in the human capacity for change. I greatly enjoy working with couples and families to resolve conflict, improve communication, and develop a deeper level of intimacy. I also enjoy helping individuals and adolescents set goals for themselves that support a more meaningful, personally fulfilling life. I also have experience working with clients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship issues, everyday stressors, adjusting to life changes, and identity development and exploration. If you are considering therapy, or are interested in learning more or seeking services, please reach out! I would be honored to work with you. Supervised by Corion Duran, LMFT

Associate Therapist
Franki Berliner, APCC
Hiya! I’m Franki (they/them), a registered Associate Clinical Counseling Therapist. I’m originally from the East Coast and moved to Fresno in 2023. I received my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling as well as a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with minors in Holistic Health and Childhood Studies, from Stockton University. I am proud to support individuals, groups, couples, and families of all backgrounds. I have worked with a diverse range of clients, from 5-year-olds to people 65+, from the LGBTQ+ community to people of all different ethnic and cultural backgrounds, to people with a variety of disabilities, etc. I am especially passionate about serving teenagers, LGBTQ+ clients, neurodivergent clients, and clients who have trauma. I’ve learned over the years that every person’s therapy experience is different and unique to them, and to embrace the differences everyone goes through. I strive to always make sure I am as understanding as I can be. Gender affirming and culturally competent care are of the utmost importance to me, and I’m constantly learning more about different communities through training, workshops, real-life experiences, and reading literature. My first goal in therapy is to always make sure you feel comfortable and safe. No progress can be made by anyone without those two basic needs, in my opinion. I take an eclectic style to my therapeutic approach, taking from multiple modalities such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. No two clients are going to need the same approach, and I try to be flexible and competent in multiple modalities for this reason. If anything I have said resonates with you, I urge you to reach out and start treatment. I look forward to meeting you, and helping you through your healing journey.
